terms and conditions

1. Production will only start once the order is 50% or fully paid.
2. If you want specific custom size for your artwork, please mention that in your request
3. The deadline will be discussed beforehand. Usually it takes around 1 week or more, depending on the complexity. Rush orders are considered 3 days before fixed and agreed deadline. Subject to rush fee of 25% of the total order
4. STRICTLY NO CANCELLATIONS! Cancellation fee is 50% of the order for unprocessed orders and 80% for processed orders
5. 50% of the total order will be added for commercial use.
6. Personal use commissions will have a small watermark, do not remove it. I retain all rights to the artwork and may post it in my portfolio/socials (unless requested otherwise).
7. Must send references. (preferably 2-3 more pictures)
8. If caught using the artwork for commercial use when you commissioned it for personal use, there will be a 200 php fine.
9. You may share the artwork with credit, but do not resell, alter, or claim it as your own.
10. I may decline commissions I’m not comfortable with.
11. By sending payment, you automatically agree to these terms.
